Very Nice Hotel with good room facilities. The hotel is very near to the Berlin Mail Rail Station. Room size is also very good.

Apartment is lovely, no oven , hob and microwave . In toilet washing machine and tumble dryer . Great location, tram outside, and train station to the airport 5 mins walk. On way to train station is a mini supermarket , the other way is Lidl. Only issue with the hold was there was a smell of raw sewage on our floor, you couldn’t smell it in the apartment but was strong in the hallway. 6th floor. The pool was cold and sauna was not working the day we went . The hotel have bikes you can rent but the are expensive with a lot of does and don’t that come with additional prices if anything happens to the wheel trims etc . There is lime and bolt bikes and scooters you can rent outside just download the apps The hotel is only a few stops on the Tram from the town centre where all the restaurants are .Hofbräu Wirtshaus Is a great German beer bar with music and a little dance floor , in town centre . There is a closer Adina hotel near check point Charlie if you want to stay within walking distance of the centre

I automatically booked my tenth stay at the Adina Berlin Mitte Hotel based on my great experience last time. Once again I was met at the front desk with very pleasant and professional staff. The room was ready, tidy and clean. The very positive overall atmosphere of the room comes from the tasteful furnishings and layout of the room. It made me feel at home. I appreciate the complete privacy and quiet, which is for example a separate bedroom and a separate desk where I can work undisturbed. The balcony is an absolutely excellent part of the room for me.

Good location. We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bed suite. Room seemed expensive for the quality of the facilities. Staff could have been more welcoming and given better advice when we checked in. Pool and gym facilities are a nice to have.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. We were standing in the street with a 4-month-old baby for no reason. The receptionist never came out from behind the counter, later, at the request of a guest, she told us out loud that nothing had happened. We have not heard a single apology since then for having to rush out into the street in alarm and freeze to death. The fire alarm is not the fault of the hotel (I suppose) but the lack of communication is!
